John Robert Strader

John Robert Strader, age 55, died on November 27, 2015 at Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca, SC.   John is preceded in death by his son, Zachary Williams, sister, Donna Ryan, and grandparents Ralph and Mittie Sue Pitts. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Jason McCollum (Pendleton, SC) , his sister, Cyndi Strader ( Central, SC), niece, Stori Lombardi (Fountain Inn, SC), parents, Barbara Hansen-Burns (Central) and Charles Strader (Oklahoma), grandchildren, Jeremy Mays and Kailin Parker , and two nieces and a nephew in Texas ( David, Katie and Kelly Ryan).  John was a kind-hearted man with a witty sense of humor. He felt God was misunderstood.  He hated war and injustice and always hoped to see the day when the US and Middle East, Muslim and Christians, and the entire world could be at peace.  He will be missed greatly.http://john-strader.forevermissed.com/      Services will be held privately by the family.Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home is assisting the family
