Johnny Eugene Adams, 48, of Highway 11, died Thursday, February 21, 2008 at Cannon Memorial Hospital.
Born in Easley, a son of Dorothy Moore Adams of Easley and the late Charles E. Adams, Sr., he was a Union Iron Worker, a member of Glenwood Baptist Church, an Easley High School graduate and a tribal member of the Lower Eastern Cherokee Nation.
Surviving in addition to his mother; a spouse, Darllajo McKenzie of the home; a son, Charles Javin Adams of Easley; a brother, Charles (Chuck) Adams of Pickens; a sister, Linda Adams Trotter of Easley; a grandson, Carter Jayden Adams; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:30 PM, Sunday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 PM, Sunday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of his mother, 100 Parkway Drive, Easley, SC 29640.
