Johnny E. Craig, Sr., 69, of 292 Windtree Ridge, passed away Friday, September 17, 2010, at Hospice of the Upstate.
Born in Rabun County, GA, the son of J.B. Queen of Mountain City, GA, and the late Hattie Faye Queen Craig Roach, Mr. Craig retired from Daniel Construction Company after twenty-three years of service.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are three daughters, Judith Ann "Judy" Timms of Dacusville, and Johnnie Lorene Craig and Janet Lee Allison, both of Marietta. In addition to his mother, Mr. Craig was predeceased by a son, Johnny Craig, Jr.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley.
The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Johnny Craig, Sr., Memorial Fund, c/o Robinson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 387, Easley, SC 29641.
Family members are at their respective homes.
