Johnny Lenn Stone

Mr. Johnny Lenn Stone, 77, husband of Susan Lorrah Stone, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Born in Pelzer, SC, a son of the late John Calloway Stone and the late Dorris Scroggs Stone, Mr. Stone was a graduate of Palmetto High School and retired from Woodward FST.

Johnny's joy was his classic cars, building, remodeling and traveling with his wife, Susan. He was a loving, kind, gentle giant that loved his family dearly, and especially loved building Legos with his grandson, Greyson. He will be deeply missed by all that loved and knew him.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of twenty-nine years, are his sons, Johnny M. Stone (Deanna) of Inman, and Sean Britt of Easley; his daughters, Lora D. Stone of Florida, and Ladell Turner (Randy) of Greenville; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Johnny was predeceased by a brother, Alfred Stone; and a sister, Anita Lory Horton.
