Mr. Jonathan Eugene Brock, 50, of The Brian Center in Brevard, NC, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Transylvania Regional Hospital in Brevard, NC.

Mr. Brock was born in Oconee County on January 3, 1966 to Barbara Owen Brock and the late Hamilton Eugene "Gene" Brock. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in English and minoring in French from the College of Charleston. Jonathan was a member of Geer Memorial Baptist Church. 

In addition to his mother, Mr. Brock is survived by his daughters Conner and Devin, a sister Laura Kroening (Mark) of Easley, his grandmother Myrtle Owen, a special niece Owen Kroening, and his best friend Raymond Broome.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 8, 2016 in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in the Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends on Friday prior to the service from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM at the Funeral Home.

The family is at his mother's residence, 105 Sunset Drive, Easley SC 29640.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Greenville Rescue Mission, 575 W Washington St, Greenville, SC 29601.
