Mr. Olin Jones Burnett, 79, of 322 Three Bridges Rd., husband of Rebecca Bridges Burnett, passed away Palm Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Grand Strand Regional Hospital in Myrtle Beach.
Born July 1, 1932 in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Fred and Ruth Thacker Burnett. Mr. Burnett retired from Fairway Ford with thirty-five years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church of Easley.
In addition to his wife of sixty-two years, he is survived by his children, Brenda Burnett Elrod of Powdersville, Stephen Burnett of Easley and Amy Burnett Caldwell (Steven) of Powdersville; brothers, Edward Burnett of Simpsonville and Fred Burnett of Maryland; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 4, 2012 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road with Dr. John Adams and Dr. Luke King officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family is at the residence.
