Jones William Willis, Jr., 68, of 612 Three and Twenty Road, went to be with the Lord Thursday November 28, 2013 at Rainey Hospice House.
Mr. Willis was born in LaFrance, SC, the son of the late Jones William Willis, Sr. and Carrie Leopard Willis. He was a former textile employee and a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and the Auditorium Bible Fellowship Class.
Surviving are his beloved, Ann Anthony, of Greenville; two sons, Bill Willis, of LaFrance, SC and Wayne Willis, of Gastonia, NC; two daughters, Crystal McClain, of Clover, SC and Sherry Webb, of Gibson, Georgia; a step-daughter, Lisa Burris, of Clover, SC; a sister, Mary Limbaugh (John), of Easley, SC; a special nephew, Reverend Curtis Limbaugh, of Easley, SC; 18 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and 15 other nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, James Willis, Henry Willis, Frank Willis and a sister, Virginia Brewer.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Rock Springs Baptist Church with the Reverend Dr. David Gallamore and the Reverend Curtis Limbaugh officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Monday, prior to the service, at the church.
The family is at the home of Ann Anthony, 403 S. Fishtrap Road, Greenville, SC.
Memorials may be made to Rock Springs Baptist Church - Building Fund, 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642.
