Dr. Joseph Jacob Palkowski, MD, 57, husband of Paula Palkowski, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at his home.
Born in Buffalo, NY, Dr. Palkowski was a retired Medical Physician and a member of Tanglewood Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of thirty-five years, are a brother, Jaroslaw Nowacki; and two godchildren, Allie Nowacka and Adam Nowacki.
