Joseph "Joe" Riddle, 66, of Dacusville, South Carolina, loving husband of Lori Trotter Riddle, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at his home.

Born on December 15, 1958, in Louisville, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Wilma “Bill” Knosby and Bessie Jewell Riddle. Joe lived a fulfilling life as a dedicated truck driver for over 25 years. He served his country honorably in the US Army, a period of his life that he always spoke of with pride. Joe was known as a jack of all trades, a true testament to his hands-on nature and readiness to tackle any challenge that came his way. In his personal life, Joe cherished the time spent with his sons, particularly enjoying shooting pool together. They shared many memorable moments competing in Pool League Tournaments, a passion that drew them even closer. Joe had a deep appreciation for classic cars, taking delight in collecting firearms as well. His love for these hobbies reflected his vibrant spirit and enthusiasm for life.

In addition to his wife of 41 years, he is survived by three sons, Christopher Riddle, Clayton Riddle, and Kody Riddle; a sister, Deanna Pierce (Stephen); two grandchildren, Syrus Sams and Charity Riddle; a great-granddaughter, Faith Sams; two nephews, Jacob Pierce and Jordan Pierce (Brittany); a great-nephew, Mark Pierce; and two great-nieces, Eva Pierce, and Nora Pierce.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 26, 2025, from 12:30 PM until 1:15 PM at Robinson Funeral Home – Powdersville Road. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow the service in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

He leaves behind a legacy of dedication, love, and joy that will be remembered by all who knew him. Joe Riddle will be missed dearly.
