Mrs. Joyce Phillips Bradford, 80, wife of sixty-one years to the late Arnoldean "Dean" Bradford, went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, May 6, 2023.

Born in Greenville County, a daughter of the late Jonah Phillips and the late Chester White Phillips, Mrs. Bradford retired from Dixie Lumber Company with thirty years of service. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, and in early years she worked with the youth and taught Sunday School at Geer Memorial Baptist Church. 

Joyce and her late husband enjoyed camping, family time, and cooking for CARE at Rock Springs Baptist Church. She will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her, but all find comfort in knowing she longed to meet Jesus and reunite with her loved ones.

Surviving are her daughter, Robin Bradford Snelson (Tommy) of Easley; two sisters, Loretta Freeman (Lamar), and Martha Phillips, both of Watkinsville, GA; her daughter-in-law, Amy Lester (Brady) of Easley; two brothers-in-law, Ray Garner of Bowman, GA, and Homer Webb of Elberton, GA; two sisters-in-law, Mary Phillips of Easley, and Lynda Phillips of Dewey Rose; her grandchildren, Van Massingill (Haley), Alicia Reddy (Kevin), Bailey Irizarry (Lukas), Ashley Burt(David), Eric Snelson (Joy), Zachary Snelson, Caleb Snelson, Hannah Plunk (Denson), and Isaac Snelson; and two great-grandchildren, Paetyn Reddy and River Massingill. 

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Bradford was predeceased by her son, Arnold Keith Bradford; five brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friend from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM Wednesday at the church, prior to the service.

Flowers will be accepted and memorials may be made to Rock Springs Baptist Church , 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642.
