Joyce Christine Kelley Downes, 84, of 300 Earle Road, widow of Bernard Ray Downes, passed away at home, Wednesday, March 25, 2015.
Born in Millville, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Charles C. and Edith Wallen Kelley. She was a retired employee with Wheaton Glass Company in Millville, NJ. Joyce was a member of Trinity Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are a son, Robert Williams of Lewistown, IL; daughters, Bernadette McKelvey (Daniel) of Central and Kathy Tilton (Lee) of Millville, NJ; sister, Beth Kelley Cook of Millville, NJ; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by sons, Ronald and Richard Williams; and 3 brothers.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Sunday at Trinity Wesleyan Church.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 2:50 PM, Sunday at the church prior to the service.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016, www.kidney.org.
