Joyce Harris Hall, 76, of 115 Springdale Lane, wife of Curtis M. Hall, entered into the arms of Jesus on Monday, December 30, 2013 surrounded by her family.
Born in Easley, Mrs. Hall was a daughter of the late Marion and Gertrude Atkinson Harris. She attended Easley High School, and she was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church. For over fifty years, Mrs. Hall was a businesswoman who enjoyed her work in the finance and tax preparation business. She enjoyed traveling with her family as well as cooking, entertaining, and decorating in her home.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of sixty years, are her children, Kathy Porter, (Jimmy), Tim Hall (Sherry), and Lisa Smith (Brad) all of Easley; seven grandchildren, Zach Porter (Marie), Ashley Trent (Aaron), Sommer Langrehr (Jay), Brittany Porter (Chris), Cade Hall (Kristen), Matt Smith (Jamie), and Brandon Smith; and nine great-grandchildren, Tanner Smith, Mallory and Maddie Porter, Caleb and Lilly Trent, Brennan Langrehr, Reece and Blake Porter, and Gray Smith. She also leaves behind her loving siblings, Sylvia Massingill, Gary Harris, Don Harris, and Martha McKie.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown conducted by the Rev. Don Harris, Rev. Dr. Jim Spencer, Rev. Rodney Graham, Gary Harris, and Matt Smith. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.

Family members would like to express their appreciation to the nurses of the 5th floor of Greenville Hospital System and to Gentiva Hospice for their compassionate care.
