Joyce Moore Nix, 69, of 544 Hendricks Road, died at her home Sunday, June 21, 2009.
Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Curtis Franklin and Martha Jane Cleveland Moore. She retired as a medical assistant and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
Mrs. Nix is survived by her husband, Jamie S. Nix of the home; two sons Mike Nix and his wife Cyndi and Brad Nix and wife Trinity, both of Easley; a daughter, Dana Nix Warlick and husband Brent of Piedmont; four grandchildren, Bryson Warlick , Clay, Dylan and Curtis Nix; a brother, Wayne Moore and his wife Anne and a sister, Jean Todd and her husband Tony all of Easley.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Corinth Baptist Church with Reverend Troy Crain and Reverend Michael Willis officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown.
The family is at the residence.
