Mrs. Joyce Smith Taylor, 84, wife of the late Joe Curtis Taylor, Sr., passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Manna Health and Rehab.

Born in Greenville County, a daughter of the late Clyde Thomas and Florence James Smith, Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker and a member of Ridgeland Drive Baptist Church, Six Mile.

Surviving are a son, Joe Curtis Taylor, Jr. (Christy) of Six Mile; a daughter, Deborah T. McBride (Reggie) of Taylors; three sisters, Delores Donehue, Betty Lusk and Judy Pearson, all of Pickens; five grandchildren, Mark McCarson, Brooke McCarson, Curtis Taylor, Courtney Makis and Justin McBride; and three great- grandchildren, Jada Makis, and Noah and Evan McCarson.

Funeral services will be noon Monday May 16, 2016 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Tim Friar officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery, East.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM Monday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, prior to the service.
