Mrs. Juanita Elrod McGee, 93, wife of the late Dillard E. McGee, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, September 29, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital.

Born in Anderson County, a daughter of the late Samuel Elrod, Sr. and the late Lucia Wilson Elrod, Mrs. McGee retired from Judson Mill with twenty-three years of service and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Nancy Land of Easley; a sister, Doris Tucker of Piedmont; a grandson, Gregory Land (Kellie); and a great-granddaughter, Madison Knye (Justin Wilson). In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. McGee was predeceased by her son-in-law, William Douglas Land; and her brother, Samuel Elrod, Jr.

Funeral services will be 3:30 PM Monday, October 2, 2017 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:15 PM Monday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
