Judy Inez Dickard

Judy Inez Dickard, 74, of Easley, peacefully went home to be with the Lord Monday, April 19, 2021.

Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Walker Edward Dickard and the late Cecil Inez Gilstrap Dickard.

Judy retired as an officer at the Greenville County Detention Center. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church where she attended the Ruth's Sunday School Class.

She was an animal lover and enjoyed spending time camping with her loved ones and pets.

Judy is survived by her long-time friend of over 35 years, Barbie Smith of Easley; five brothers, Don Dickard, Keith Dickard (Joy), Roger Dickard, Wayne Dickard (Rachel), and Doug Dickard (Jo), all of Liberty; three sisters, Joyce Durham (Ernest) of Pendleton, Shirley Durham (Morris) and Susan Osteen (Roger), both of Liberty; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Derek Dickard; and a great-nephew, Walker Durham.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the church.
