Judy Kelley Masters, 75, died on September 1, 2022 after a long illness. Judy was born on October 1, 1946, in Liberty, South Carolina to Roy Thomas and Bessie Whitlock Kelley. She was the wife of Pat Waddell Masters who preceded her in death on May 5, 2019. Judy is survived by her children, Lisa Masters Brissey (Johnny), Bradley Masters (Ingryd), and four grandchildren Kayleigh Brissey Moffitt (Sean), Courtney Brissey DiLorenzo (Aaron), Isabella Masters and Bailey Masters, and three great-grandchildren.
Judy retired from Marsh and McLennan after 27 years as an insurance broker. In addition to her love of family and friends, Judy loved art, music and books. She was an avid reader of history and religion and dabbled with gardening from time to time. She spent time making amazing scrapbooks for her family and researching genealogy. Over the years, Judy was an active member of her church, loved teaching religious education and working with children. She was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Easley.
Her funeral service will be held at St. Luke’s Catholic Church on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. with interment at Robinson Funeral Home Memorial Gardens Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, South Carolina. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memorial to St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 4408 Hwy 86, Easley, SC 29642.
