Jumelle Stewart Estes, 81, of 104 Crest Court and widow of Fred E. Estes, died, Saturday, September 30, 2006 at the Easley Living Center.
Born in Union, she was a daughter of the late Daulton and Eloise Estes Stewart. She was a homemaker, a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and a loyal member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church.
Surviving are: two daughters, Peggy Hilton and her husband, Craig, of Columbus, NC, and Donna Roberts of Easley; a brother, Paul Stewart of Union, SC; two sisters, Nannie Lou Nance of Union and Sara Belue of Rock Hill, SC; four grandchildren, Lisa Bourcier and her husband, Scott, Jill Watson and her husband, Tom, Trey Williams and Kyle Roberts; and a great-grandchild, Wyatt Watson. In addition to her loving husband of 59 years and her parents, Mrs. Estes was predeceased by a son-in-law, Zeb Stanley Roberts.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road with Rev. Scott Willis and Dr. David Gallamore officiating. Burial will be in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The body is at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, where the family will receive friends from 12 to 12:45 PM, Monday, prior to the service.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations may be made to Pendleton Street Baptist Church, S. Pendleton St., Easley, SC 29640.
The family is at the residence.
