June Hawkins McNeely

June Hawkins McNeely, 76, of Easley, wife to the late James Stephen McNeely, passed away October 4, 2021.

Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Rev. J.T. Hawkins and the late Myrtle Alice Kelly Hawkins. She will be remembered for her love of dancing, shopping, drawing, and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. McNeely attended Lenhardt Christian Fellowship in Easley and Tanglewood Baptist Church

She is survived by her daughters, Annette McNeely Usery (Jimmy) of Easley and Tammie McNeely O'Shields (Danny) of Easley; grandchildren, Tiffany J. Ledbetter (Jason), Captain Stephen C. Usery of the USMC (Beth), Brianna O'Shields; great-grandchildren, Jason Ledbetter, Chase Ledbetter, Owen Usery and Colton O'Shields.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. McNeely was predeceased by brothers, Melvin Hawkins, Russell Hawkins, Leonard Hawkins, Dan Hawkins, Billy Hawkins, and a sister, Naomi Hawkins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 8, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. Burial will follow in Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Friday, October 8, 2021, at the funeral home, prior to the service.
