Karen Gross Rojas, 48, of 17 Riverview Circle, died Sunday, May 17, 2009.
Born in Bradford, PA, a daughter of John and Sally Reck Gross of Greenville, Mrs. Rojas was employed with Classic Pizza of Piedmont and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Damian Rojas of Florida; a brother, David Gross and wife, Angela, of Easley; a sister, Cathy Weatherly and husband, Ray, of Beaumont, TX; and three nephews, Zachary, Bart and Ben.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Rock Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. David Gallamore officiating.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the church, prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mary's House, P.O. Box 132, Pickens, SC 29671 or to other shelters for battered women.
The family is at the residence.
