Linda Kathryn Phinney Rost, 52, of 200 Sharon Lane and widow of Marvin E. Rost, died Friday, March 23, 2007 at Palmetto Health Baptist, Easley.
Born in Laurens, SC a daughter of the late Claud and Mary Alice
Cox Phinney.
She was a dispatcher with the Greenville City Police Department and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are; a daughter, Katie Rost of the home; a sister, Claudette Phinney of Easley; and 2 nieces, Kelly and Erin Phinney of Easley.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Monday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Paul Turner officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in West Pelzer.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of the sister, Claudette Phinney, 409 Richard Street, Easley, SC 29640.
