Mrs. Kathleen Lesley, 95, wife of the late Willie T. Lesley, passed away Monday, December 26, 2011 at Capstone Health and Rehab.
Born in Anderson County, a daughter of the late Tom and Maybell Lollis Hammonds, Mrs. Lesley was a homemaker and a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are one brother, Clyde F. Hammonds of Williamston and three sisters, Frances N. Mauldin, Lois L. Smith and Faye Stewart, all of Easley. In addition to her husband and parents , Mrs. Lesley was predeceased by a sister, Lura McAlister.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Dr. David Gallamore officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Escorts of honor will be the Ida Looper Sunday School Class of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of Lois L. Smith, 202 Haverhill Circle, Easley, SC 29642.
Memorials may be made to the Rock Springs Baptist Church Building fund, 201 Rock Springs Road, Easley, SC 29642.
