Kathryn Suzanne Kruger Anderson, 58, of Pickens, wife of Jeff Anderson, died Thursday, November 3, 2016 at her home following a lengthy illness.

Born in Rockford, Illinois, she was a daughter of Nancy Levett Tozzi of Pickens and the late Vern Kruger.  Kathryn earned her ADN at Kankakee Community College and worked at Martin Memorial Hospital in Stuart, FL and Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, FL.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Stuart, FL.

Surviving are her husband, daughter, Katie M. Anderson, and mother all of Pickens; brother, David (Tracy) Kruger of Arlington Heights, IL; and sisters, Beth Cronin (Greg) of Cleveland, SC and Sue Suprenant (Joe) of Danforth, IL.

In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her step-father, Gary Levett.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 PM, Sunday at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home in Central, SC.

Services and burial will take place in Monroe Center, Illinois and services will be handled by Unger Funeral Home in Rochelle, IL.
