Kathy Aiken Holcombe, 63, wife of Steven Wayne Holcombe, of Easley, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021.
Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Bud and Inez McWhorter Simmons.

Mrs. Kathy loved gardening and flowers and was also a two-year-old Sunday School teacher at Rock Springs Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother; she loved her family, and she loved her friends.

In addition to her loving husband, Kathy is survived by her sons Craig Holcombe (Shaleigha), and Jonathan Holcombe (Kennedy); daughter Melissa Krueger (Mark); brother Joel Simmons (Ruth); sister Sandra Owens; and grandchildren, Payton Thornton, Tanner Thornton, Grayson Thornton, Madison Krueger, Sean Pruitt, and Jules Holcombe.

A visitation will be held for Kathy Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 12:00PM until 2:15PM at Rock Springs Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 2:30PM at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
