Kim LaRaine Savage, 63 passed away Monday, August 26, 2019 at her home after a long illness. Kim was born in Greenville, SC the daughter of the late James. W. Savage and the late Barbara R. Godfrey.
As a young woman she taught dance at Marietta Academy of Dance. Kim continued her love of music and dance throughout her life. She was a registered nurse employed by Heart of the Carolinas in Mauldin. Her nursing career was spent working with the elderly.
She is survived by two sons Corey D. Spearman (Jennifer) of Orlando, FL. and Christopher "Cody" Savage (Lindsey); two grandchildren Kiley Dakota Savage and Jaden Christopher Savage of Simpsonville, SC; one sister Jaye Dean Thomas of Taylors, SC; two brothers, Gary Savage of Piedmont, SC and Paul Savage (Tena) of Taylors, SC.
Memorial service to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her burial fund at Duckett Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central SC 29630.
The family is at their respective homes.
