Kuthman Zackery Green, Jr. "Junior" ,56, of Anderson, and formerly of Salem, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Green was born in Oconee County, the son of the late K. Z. Green and Geneva Whitmire Green Riggins. He graduated from Tamasse Salem High School and was formerly employed with the Oconee County Water and Sewer Authority. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Mr. Green was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, and a member of the Charity Sunday School Class.
Surviving are his wife, Diane Lusk Green of Salem; a son James Green, of Salem; and a sister, Lynn G. Sears, and her husband Steve of Anderson; two nephews, Michael (Jessica) and Zachary Sears.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his step-father, Duane Riggins.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 5, 2013, at 3:00 P.M. at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, Hwy 187, Anderson, SC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 6:00 P. M. until 7:30 P. M. at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
The family will be at the home of his sister, in Anderson.
