Lee Roy Reeves, 91,of 1035 Anderson Highway, died Friday August 10, 2007 at his home.
Born in Pickens County, he was a son of the late James Riley and Fannie Jones Reeves. Mr. Reeves was the owner and operator of Reeves Builders and was a farmer. He was a member of Bates Masonic Lodge and Zion United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his daughter, Betty Chrismer and her husband, Robert, of Easley; two brothers, Phillip Reeves and his wife, Daisy Lou, of Pickens and J.R. Reeves, of Easley; a sister, Cecile Coyle and her husband, Ray, of Easley; three grandchildren, Robert Chrismer, Elizabeth Hitchcock and David Chrismer.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hendricks Reeves, four brothers, three sisters and his step-mother, Mamie Reeves.
Funeral Services will be 3:00 pm Sunday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown, conducted by Mrs. Virginia King and the Reverend Russell Elder. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
