Larry Joe Guy

Larry Joe Guy, 83, husband of Linda Hunter Guy, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at his home.

Born in Waynesville, NC, a son of the late Larry Lee Guy and the late Gertrude Rogers Guy, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who enjoyed fishing, Clemson Football, Atlanta Braves Baseball, and spending time with his family. Joe retired from Modern Storage Warehouse after thirty-five years of service and he was a member of Saint Matthias Lutheran Church in Easley.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of sixty-two years, are a son, Jeffrey Hunter Guy (Julie) of Easley; a daughter, Renee Guy Campbell (Chris) of Easley; brothers, Earnest Guy and Garry Lee Guy (Ann), both of Newberry, SC; grandchildren, Lindsay Wilson (Ryan), Brayden Guy, Adam Campbell (Erin), and Joshua Guy (Brianna), all of Easley; and great-grandchildren, Avery Guy, River Wilson, and Rowan Wilson.

He was predeceased by his parents; and brothers, Wayne, Ronnie, Tom, and Arthur Guy.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2022 in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.

The family will receive friends from immediately following the service in Robinson Memorial Gardens

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interim Health Care of Easley, 810 Powdersville Road Suite B, Easley, SC 29642.
