Larry Dale Horton

Larry Dale Horton, Sr., 72, husband of Louise Sewell Horton, passed away November 27, 2018.

Born in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Clarence O. and Erma Reid Horton. Larry retired from Wanger Systems and was a member of Elljean Baptist Church.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his son, Russell Horton and his wife Pat, of Easley; his daughter, Karen Simmons and her husband Rex, of W. Columbia; his sisters, Christine Davis, and Patricia Chambers; his grandchildren, Justin Simmons (Briana), Loren Simmons, Bethany Henderson (Tyler), Russell Horton, Jr., Mitchell Horton, Bryan Horton (Leanne), Brad Campbell (Keron), and Dale Campbell (Shanna); and his great grandchildren, Allie Duval Horton, Logan Horton, and J. D. Simmons.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Larry Dale Horton, Jr., his brother, Oliver Doug Horton and his sisters, Reba Cooper and Jean Moore.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown Easley. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:30am - 12:45pm at the funeral home.
