Larry B. Moody

Larry Branford Moody, 74, of Easley, passed peacefully with his family by his side April 10, 2016, and was the husband to Jean “Sheena” Dickson Moody before her passing in 2013. Born in Dillon, SC to the late Avery Tapley Moody and Elma (Moody) Moody. He was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran.   Larry worked for 32 years for Hospital Receivable Service for Palmetto Health Baptist Medical Center in Columbia, SC before retiring. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Robert Corley, and brother, A.T. Moody Jr.

 

Survivors include his daughters, Karen M. Corley of Easley, and Kelly M. Terrapin of Carrollton, TX; brother, Michael Moody (Jenny) of Dillon; sisters, Joann Lee (Don) of LaGrange, GA, and Trudy Moore (Fred) of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Katelyn Corley and Kristen Corley both of Easley.

 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 16th at 2:30pm at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, 1425 Powdersville Road, SC, with burial to follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens in Easley.
