Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late William Ralph Alexander and the late Carrie Mae Fendley Alexander, Mrs. Hall was a graduate of Six Mile High School and she received her Nursing Degree from the South Carolina Nursing School. She was a steadfast member of Geer Memorial Baptist Church since 1959 where she taught Sunday School, was active in the Special Needs Ministry and a member of the Joy Sunday School Class.
