Laurie L. Lindeberg

Laura "Laurie" Lynn Littleton Lindeberg, 61, of 110 Heaton Circle, died Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital, after a yearlong battle with cancer.
Born February 21, 1947, in Bakersfield, California, Mrs. Lindeberg was a daughter of Bob Littleton and the late Betty Anderson. Laurie was happily married for 38 years, and she was the owner and operator of Laurie's Hair Salon in Easley, S.C.
Laurie had an enormous heart and a giving spirit, and she always put everyone else's needs before her own; especially for her husband and children. Throughout the last year of her life, she showed amazing courage and never lost her positive outlook on life. She will be sadly missed.
Surviving in addition to her father and step-mother, Bob and Jan Littleton of Joshua Tree, California, are her husband, Norman Edward Lindeberg, of the home; a son, Matthew A. Lindeberg of Burton, MI; three daughters, Angela J. Wackler and her husband, Owen, of Easley; Bridgette M. Butler, and her husband, Jack, of Bradenton, Florida and Renee L. Stiff of Pickens; two sisters, Gwen Herbert, of Escondido, CA and Dr. Sally Littleton of Traverse City, MI; and two grandchildren, Aliea Lindeberg and Jason Stiff.
A Celebration of Laurie's Life will be held 11:30 A.M. Friday poolside at 110 Heaton Circle, Easley, S.C.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, S.C. 29615.
