Lawrence (Larry) Stephen Fetterly, 80, passed into glory surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 20, 2020.
Born in Rochester, NY, a son of the late Ernest Stephen Fetterly and Evelyn Franck Fetterly.
Mr. Fetterly was a graduate of Rochester Institute Of Technology and earned his M.BA from Clemson University at the age of 71 years.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Charlene Ferragi Fetterly; five children, Steven Fetterly, Lisa (Andrew) Minchak, Laurie (Richard) Savory, Anastasia (Patrick) Hood, and Natasha Fetterly. Eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He also leaves two sisters; Gail (Earl) Turner and Roberta (George) Gradl; sisters-in-law, Joanne Reilly (Ed) and Rosemarie Blake (Richard); brother-in-law, Peter Ferragi (Kathy); and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Bernard Fetterly.
His life's passion was studying God's word, teaching, singing and playing his guitars. He will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Easley First United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends, immediately following the memorial service, in the church fellowship hall.
