Mr. Lemuel Davis "L.D." Kelley, 90, husband of Louree Lollis Kelley and the late Leoma Edney Kelley, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 at his home.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Lemuel Davis, Sr. and Mary Hamby Kelley, Mr. Kelley retired from US Finishing and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Nancy Wike (Gary) of Greenville, and Debbie Holcombe (Tommy) of Easley; a brother, Harold G. Kelley of Central; a sister, Viola Owens of Greenville; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to his first wife and parents, Mr. Kelley was predeceased by a son, Jerry Bruce Kelley; and a sister, Bessie Stephens
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Tommy Holcombe, 238 Courtney Drive, Easley, SC 29640.
