Lester "Rabbit" Dickard, 66, of Easley, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at his home.

Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Earl and Evelyn Boggs Dickard. He graduated from Easley High School.

Rabbit was a superintendent with Harper Corporation and recently managed the Cancer Survivor Park project. He was a lover of family lake trips, and enjoyed fishing!

Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Linda Dickard; a son, Jason Dickard of Pickens; a daughter, Angela Lee Hammonds (William) of Easley; and 5 precious grandchildren, Collin Hammonds (Kerri), Jason Paul Lane Dickard, Alayna Josie Dickard, Camden Hammonds and Corban Hammonds; and one great-grandchild on the way, Keegan Hammonds; three sisters Betty Floyd (Larry) of Powdersville, Esther Butler of Greenville, and Sara Smith of Powdersville.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Entombment will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 16, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
