Lethia Agnes Long

Lethia Long, formerly of Conyers, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023 at the age of 86. Mrs. Long will be remembered as a faithful and loving pastor's wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, as well as a former member of Glenwood Hills Baptist Church. She was involved in international ministry, along with her husband Ron, through Luther Rice College and Seminary. Together, they provided training and educational opportunities for national pastors in countries all over the world. Mrs. Long was a pastor's wife and involved in the various ministries of her local church. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. Since developing dementia, she has been residing in Easley SC in a memory care facility located near her daughter Chris. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Ronald Long; son, Stan Long; and grandson, Micah Shane Traylor.

Survivors include her children, Chris Traylor (Chuck) and Kelly Long; daughter-in-law, Sharon Long; grandchildren, Brooke Wilson (LaRon), Zeke Traylor (Adrienne), Jeramy Long (Joylyn), Dylan Moseley (Kobi), Becka Long, and Dawson Moseley (Samantha); great-grandchildren, Gavin Traylor, Micah Wilson, Charleigh Traylor and Walter Moseley; niece, Kathy Ferrell.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Long will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023, 11:00 A.M., at the Chapel of Scot Ward, 699 American Legion Rd NE, in Conyers, with Dr. Len Turner, Rev. Chuck Traylor and Dr. Robert Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Green Meadows Memorial Gardens. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 10 until 11 A.M.
