Lillie Marie Lewis

Lillie Marie Lewis, 65, of Liberty, South Carolina passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.

Born in Greenville, South Carolina on January 22, 1958, Lillie was the daughter of the late Hayward and Nina Pauline Hallums Robinson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lewis.

Lillie graduated from Liberty High School and Tri-County Technical College. She worked in the Accounting Office for Aramark Corporation at Clemson University. She was a member of Richland Baptist Church in Seneca, South Carolina. She cherished her family, and she enjoyed cooking and helping others by serving them home-cooked meals.  Lillie loved to dance and she especially enjoyed gospel and r&b music.

Lillie is survived by her children, Narada Andre Robinson of Norris, Nina Jatarra Robinson of Seneca, Jared Octavius Lewis (Jerika Benson) of Seneca, Tevin Jamel Lewis (Haley) of Powdersville, and Charity Brown (Sylvester Robinson) of Seneca; sisters, Mary Rosemond, Ella Scott, Esther Robinson, Theresa Robinson, Janie Owens, and Rachel Robinson. Lillie also is survived by ten grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 6:oo p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Richland Baptist Church located at 130 Strawberry Farm Road, Seneca, SC.  Burial will follow in Richland Baptist Church Cemetery.
