Lillian Fern Cornine Bell, 88, widow of Francis R. Bell and formerly of Poinsetta Drive, died Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Greenville Place Assisted Living.
Born in Morristown, NJ, a daughter of the late Irving Augustus and Alice Niper Cornine, she was a retired employee with Westinghouse in Bloomfield, NJ and was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are a daughter, Constance Gail Malmquist of PA; a brother, Arnold Cornine of Powdersville; a sister, Norma O'Hern of PA; and two grandchildren, Lillian Anne Ranieri of Salem, NH and Diana Gail Weatherholt of Akron, OH.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interim Healthcare, 775 Spartan Blvd, Point Rest Building, Suite 101, Spartanburg, SC 29301 or to Alzheimer's Association, 301 University Ridge, Greenville, SC 29601.
