Lillian Martin Dobson, 82, wife of the late, Kenneth D. Dobson, died Thursday, February 13, 2014, at National Health Care in Anderson.
Mrs. Dobson was born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Capers and Irene Pinion Martin. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Independent Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Larry (Lynn), Danny Dobson and a special loved one Lucy Arthur of Central; one daughter, Sheilah (J. P. "Yankee")Peake of Inman; two brothers, Melvin Martin, of Easley and Junior Martin of Central; one sister, Sybil Lackey of Central; three grandchildren, Roger (Susan) Dobson, Tenille (Jason) King and Leigh (Joel)Haas-Tillapaugh; great-grandchildren, Kenneth and Chelsea Powell, Korey Haas-Tillapaugh, and Sara King.
In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by two brothers, Fred and Thomas Martin, and three sisters, Eunice Burkett, Gladys Herron, and Dorothy Ann Martin.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Sunday, February 16, 2014, in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Memory Gardens, Clemson.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
