Linda Autry

Linda Autry, 71, of Easley South Carolina passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022. She was born to Lodie and Lois Pitman in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. She attended Harris High School where she met Don Autry who soon became her high school sweetheart. Don and Linda spent nearly 50 years married before Don passed away before her. We are sure they are enjoying their reunion and talking about their sweet grandchildren together.

Linda was ambitious and a very hard worker. She worked for 20 years as a project manager for a communications company. The only thing she was more passionate about was her grandchildren. She loved her grandkids, and they loved their G-ma.

Linda is survived by her son Chris Autry and his wife Stephanie of Easley, South Carolina as well as her daughter Jennifer Autry, also of Easley, South Carolina. She has seven grandchildren, Lodie Autry, Nik Autry, Jocelyn and Collin Pronovost, Gavin and Grace Maush, as well as Ashley Ridley. She also has four great-grandchildren, Melanie, Madalynn, Michelle, and Maci Ridley. Linda is also survived by her three brothers, Larry Pitman, Utchie Pitman, and Lowell Pitman.

She was predeceased by her parents Lodie and Lois Pitman as well as her husband Don Autry.

A visitation will be held at Robinson Funeral Home Powdersville Road on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 1:00 pm with Services to follow in Robinson Funeral Homes Powdersville Road Chapel at 2:00 pm. There will be a burial immediately following at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Easley, South Carolina.
