Linda Swaim Dodson

Linda Swaim Dodson, 70, wife of Michael G. Dodson, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville.

Born in Elkin, NC, a daughter of the late Harold Everett Swaim and the late Kathleen Hayes Swaim, she was a retired Customer Service Representative at Cardinal Logistics after seventeen years of service. Mrs. Dodson enjoyed spending time with her family and was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church.

Surviving, in addition to her loving husband, are her children, Marty Watson (Tonya) of Greenville, Melissa Poole (Geoff) of Easley, Shaun Dodson (Leslie) of Gilbert, SC and Megan Dodson of Greer; grandchildren, Adam Watson, Ashlynn Watson, Wesley Poole, Mollie Poole, Lathen Godwin, Sway Dodson, Carli Dodson, Alaia Godfrey, and Aiden Godfrey; and great-grandchild, Evy Watson.

Along with her parents, Mrs. Dodson was predeceased by brothers, Jerry Swaim and Donnie Swaim; and a sister, Brenda Swaim Watson.

The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. The family will host private memorial services at a later date.

The family will be at their respective homes.
