Linda Joyce Martin Fore, 63, of 119 Shadow Brook Ct., and wife of Joe Fore, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 12, 2009, at Cannon Memorial Hospital.
Born in Danville, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late James and Mabel Nix Martin. Mrs. Fore was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: sons, Steve Pruitt and his wife Helen of Greer and Tim Pruitt of Danville, Virginia; daughters, Lisa McCollough and her husband Garry of Easley and Jennifer McCall of Easley; brothers, John and Rick Martin, both of Greenville, and Thad Barker of Hurt, Virginia; sisters, Veda Gibson of Travelers Rest and Gladys Reed of Reidsville, NC; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, all loved and cherished.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Wednesday at Robinson Funeral Home Chapel-Downtown, burial will follow in Pickens View Wesleyan Church Cemetery.
The family will be receiving friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.
