Linda Lorraine Scheerer Giehls, 72, wife of the late Robert Thomas Giehls, who passed away on June 20, 2026, passed away on August 10, 2026, at her home.

Born on February 11, 1954, in Chicopee, MA, she was the daughter of Joan Lusk Scheerer of Palm Coast, FL, and the late Robert Scheerer.

Linda was a graduate of Becker College in Leicester, MA. She faithfully served her communities throughout several aspects of her nursing and management career. She was a talented artist and had a special knack for home décor. She also adored spending time with her cherished grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her daughters, Marie Lin Graziano (Dan) of Easley and Ria Lee Goodwin of Portland, OR; her brothers, Steven Scheerer of Cummings, GA, Michael Scheerer of Palm Coast, FL, and Paul Scheerer of Marriottsville, MD; and her cherished grandchildren, Vance Graziano, Juliana Graziano, and Addison Goodwin.

The family will host a Celebration of Linda’s Life on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the parlor of Easley Presbyterian Church, 200 S. 1st Street, Easley, SC 29640.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice, in Linda’s honor.
