Linda Marie Threatt, 76, of Easley, South Carolina, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
Born in Butler, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Frank A. Lascuola, Sr. and Martha Hope Sherman Lascuola. She was a woman defined by her perseverance and fierce dedication, qualities that earned her the fond admiration of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Linda was a devoted matriarch whose heart belonged wholly to her family. As a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she embraced her role with unbounded affection. Her grandchildren were her world, and she never missed an opportunity to cheer them on at their games and milestones in life. Her presence lit up every occasion; she was a constant fixture in their lives, instilling in them a sense of love and encouragement that will resonate for generations.
A member of Providence Presbyterian Church, Linda's spirit of community and service extended into her faith. She cherished the company of her fellow parishioners, drawing strength from those bonds as she navigated life's trials. Throughout her life, she maintained friendships from her high school days, indicating a nurturing nature that transcended time and distance. t’s life, we remember her not just for her accomplishments but for the love she so freely gave to those she held dear. Her memory will persist like a guiding light, illuminating the paths of all who were touched by her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support.
She is survived by two daughters, Traci Brockman (Jason) and Wendy Scott (Ray); four grandchildren, Chase Brockman, Preston Scott, Mary-Kathryn Scott, and Leyton Scott; and a great-granddaughter, Joanna Grace Brockman. She also leaves behind her siblings, Jim Lascoula, Frank Lascoula, Terri Houston, and Sonya Neff.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Thomas Gary McQueeney, Michael McQueeney, Douglas McQueeney, Eric Daughtery, Wanda Lascuola Farren, and Kevin Lascuola, as well as her godmother Rose Heckert.
A special thank you to Dr. David Chang, Dr. Larry Puls, Via Hospice, and Linda's many close friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Providence Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
