Lloyd E. Holliday, 80, of 215 Iris Drive, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Heartland Healthcare.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Aaron and Nora Satterfield Holliday, Mr. Holliday retired from NAPA Auto Parts after forty-eight years of service and was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the US Navy.
Surviving are his wife, Sara Bates Holliday of the home; two sons, Russell Holliday (Linda) and Ryan Holliday (Angie Orrell), all of Easley; a sister, Frances Atkinson (Clarence) of Six Mile; and two granddaughters, Alexandra and Hanna Holliday.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
In lieu of flowers or memorials, Mr. Holliday requested that you honor him by helping a needy child or by feeding a homeless person.
The family is at the residence.
