Lois Lewis Brown, 96, wife of the late Walter Arthur Brown, Jr., of Easley, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024.

Born in Forest City, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Guy and Iree Green Lewis.

She loved to travel with her husband and was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Brown is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents and her loving husband of 72 years, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. Lewis.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2024 at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery, Forest City, NC.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Bethany Baptist Church, 760 Bethany Church Road, Forest City, NC 28043.
