Lori Smith Black

Lori Smith Black, 62, wife of Timothy Wayne Black, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021.

Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Melvin Stevenson Smith and the late Mary Boggs Smith, she was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed painting, up-cycling, and spending time with her family.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are sons, Taylor Black and Daniel Black; brothers, Jim D. Smith, Larry W. Smith, L. Dean Smith, Steve Smith, and G. Neil Smith; and sisters, Barbara Hudson, Mary Ellen Smith, Judy Lindsay, Nancy Gantt, and Leona Flinchum.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
