Lottie E. Sweat McCracken, 73, of 455 Mary Ann Street, wife of the late Daniel McCracken, passed away Monday February 6, 2012 at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Mrs. McCracken was born in Brownsville, SC, a daughter of the late Claude Franklin and Lula Emma Jean McDowell Sweat. She was retired from Q.O. Chemicals in Florida.
Surviving are a son, Thomas Wayne Forshee, of Tennessee; daughters, Deborah Watkins, of Tennessee, Becky Lou Wright, of Easley and Ester Lorraine Forshee, of Holiday, Florida; 2 step-daughters, Debi Brown, of Anderson and Nancy Hamilton, of Lake Worth, Florida; brothers, Claude F. Sweat and Bobby Alfred Sweat, both of Okeechobee, Florida and J.B. Sweat, of Newton Grove, NC; sisters, Lula Mae Homes, of Waycross, Georgia and Alma Meeks, of Conway, SC; 17 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of Virginia Wright, 116 Kennedy Street, Easley, SC.
