Louise Sloan Fennell of The Commons, wife of Roger C. Fennell, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015.
Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Reverend Guy H. Sloan and Gladys Stephens Sloan
Mrs. Fennell was formerly employed with Telco in Greenville and was a member of Berea Heights Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 53 years, is a daughter, Sherri Thompson (Jeff) of Greer; a step grandson, Justin Thompson; five sisters, Bobbie Thrasher of Iva, Guynell King of Piedmont, Doris Rogers of Pelzer, Ruby Greene and Judy Kelley both of Easley; and three brothers, Joel Sloan of Gallatin, TN, Steve Sloan, and Thomas Sloan both of Easley.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:45 at the funeral home.
Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to The American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 10794, Greenville, SC 29603 or to Hospice of The Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.
The family will be at their respective homes.
