Mrs. Louise Rumler Grant, 93, wife of the late Guy W. Grant, passed away Saturday December 4, 2010 at White Oak Manor in York, SC.
Born July 18, 1917 in Anderson County, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mae Belle Chastain Rumler, Mrs. Grant retired from Lowndes Products and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Rev. Tony Grant and wife Beth of York, SC and Joseph R. Grant and wife Linda of Blythewood, SC; four grandchildren, Martin Grant and wife Kimberly of Rock Hill, SC, Logan Grant and wife Brooke of Raleigh, NC, Wesley Grant and wife Amy of Chapin, SC, and Marianne Grant of Southern Pines, NC; and five great-grandchildren, Marin, Piper, Gracie, Ava, and Hudson Grant. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Grant was predeceased by a brother, Mr. Ernest Rumler and a sister, Mrs. Lucille Hendricks.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday, December 6, 2010 in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Tony Grant officiating.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
